Unity Awards are presented to staff being recognized for their successes and achievements within their work. Staff are nominated by their peers and awardees are chosen each month. The awards are presented at Unity Care’s staff potlucks, which are held once a month and are hosted by our agency’s departments on rotation.

Beverly Koloko-Green

Beverly goes above and beyond to meet the youth’s needs to ensure they are successful, even if that means working long days. Her energy is appreciated within the TBS team for her consistent dedication and drive to serving Unity Care youth and families.

Roberto Hernandez

Roberto was presented a special Unity Award for his commitment to the community we serve and heart of gold. Our staff wanted to recognize him for his strength through specific hardships that he went through over the past year.

Roberto joined our DR program after a long hiatus because of a near death accident. He has so much respect and admiration for André and Unity Care for the continuous support through his entire ordeal. His energy is so positive and contagious, it is truly refreshing. Unity Care is delighted to have you back!
