Unity Care’s housing continuum (dorm-style, shared and independent housing) allows us to meet transitional age foster youth exactly where they’re at based on their needs and life stages. Our properties throughout the Bay Area and Northern California offer increasing levels of independence, as these youth and young adults mature and gain skills for self-sufficiency. Below are walk-throughs of our properties, as well as descriptions of the surrounding neighborhoods and nearby places of interest.
